A treated floor is intended to be low-maintenance: dust-free, wear-resistant, less contamination. Nevertheless, periodic maintenance is recommended to maximise the lifespan (e.g., inspection, cleaning, checking coatings/impregnation).
What happens if damage or deterioration occurs later on?
Because this is a high-quality finish, the cause of the damage will determine who bears responsibility (use, maintenance, load etc.). When requesting a quote a warranty or maintenance contract can be discussed.
